Thanks for letting me know how you are to deal with before I sent you money!
WOW...

FIrst and formost I would like to explain something to all my customers and readers that are reading this.
I have worked long and hard on my E85 carburetors development....I work hard on my customer service as well, because I know that without you, im nobody.
Its your word of mouth advertising that has helped me grow into the business that I have become, thank you for trusting in me and doing business with me.
I am putting MY NAME on these carburetors, and when I send them out the door its because I beleive that I just built you the absolute best e85 carburetor.....period.
And IF I ever get to a point where I cannot do a carburetor that will meet my satisfaction or quality control, I will quit doing them.
As for the above post, please forgive me if I came across a bit harsh, I probibly should have been a little more PC when answering the question.
However, he did say that he had the blocks which tells me he had already made a choice to go that route instead of the custom carb route,
the cheaper way is not always the best way, Do you know what size engine those blocks were calibrated for?....302 or 502?...
what works for one may not work well for the other...
this is something I have seen several times....and has made people spend their money twice to reach their desired results.
unfortunately, I do not agree with the calibrations being used in the metering blocks and for me to offer up an answer would not do this man justice as he has already purchased the metering blocks (which I refuse to use),
Any suggestion that I may offer could effect his outcome and potentially my business....
SO I chose to refer the man back to the origonal choice that he made....QFT.
Now when he does contact them and IF they do not meet his satisfaction or desired results, I have absolutely no imput in the decission making....and I have removed myself from the loop so to speak.
Here is something that Mr Dave Braswell wrote a long time ago, I have tried to adopted this practice as well.

Picking the right carbThere isn’t going to be one right answer to your question, but there are certain things to look at:
Different builders specialize in different types of carburetors so some are better at certain types than others. Then you have the fact that some carburetors work better on certain engine combinations than others based on how the engine builder designs his engine.
Then you have the type of racing you’re doing, and what your skill set is. Some racers are just looking for a good consistent bolt on and go piece while others need every last hundredth possible. Now add in that many teams like to tune themselves while others want tuning help.
Another thing to look at is the guys with the “Bad Experiences” many of these guys have got mismatched parts, or have a used carburetor that was built for another engine or class and then complain when it doesn’t work on their engine. We wouldn’t (nor would Bob, Dale, Patrick, or Bo) sell you the same carburetor to put on an 800+ in N/A engine as we would 700” Nitrous engine, so why would you? Just because you get something on a deal doesn’t make it good. It’s only a deal if it does what you want it to.
You have to look at what you’re doing, and what you’re wanting from your program before deciding who to go with. One last thought, if you’re going to use someone use them…
Don’t get a carburetor from one builder and then ask another builder how to make it work. Every builder has their own ideas on thoughts on how to make the most power so work with whomever you choose.

That being said, I can convert either one of the carburetors but I will be doing it MY way...
If you dont mind spending the money to have it done to my specs, I dont mind building you the absolute best E85 carburetor that I could build.
...
Im sorry about the confusion and please let me know IF you need further assistance.
Thank You,
