I have a gm 496 that i use on the strest and to play at the track. I have a few questions when converting I have a older holley 850 double pumper. is there a benefit to replacing it vs converting to e85. Ring gap for e85 gapless? Or tighter than stock to prevent less fuel form getting into the oil? Engine oil cooler? I have heard that the water will stay cool but the engine oil will bake. Out side of changing the fuel system for e85 is there anything else that's recommended?
